Flag football in Miami is the ultimate developmental foundation for the next
generation of South Florida athletes. Our non-contact program allows players to
master the game’s complexities at “Miami speed” without the physical
toll of tackle football.
Our training focuses on the explosive footwork and hand-eye coordination required to dominate the South Florida flag football circuit.
Players learn complex route trees and defensive schemes that are identical
to those used in elite high school programs.
